If you have a printer that uses these types of cartridges then you know how picky printers of this sort can be when it comes to replacing ink. Yeah, there's some kind of HP conspiracy going on that is making it harder and harder to use anything but genuine HP ink. These printers are getting smarter and they sure do know how to make money. If you were unlucky enough to get stuck with one of the newer HP printers, this is about the most hassle free way to go. Yeah, it costs a bit more than refurbished ink, but you'll save money on the headache medicine of your choice by just shelling out a few extra bucks and going with the real thing.Since these printers use color ink to print black now, for some strange reason, try to set up your printing preferences to limit this money making scheme. If you have one of these printers, it will all make sense to you.Two stars because I am paying for ink that I NEVER used, I print on black ONLY. HP says BLACK ONLY uses color ink too !!!!! SCAM !The ink works and does deserve a 5, but ...Ink is Ink works as it supposed to on my officejet 6700 premium printer. What a joke that it also uses COLORS even when you set it for grayscale or black and white only. I dont do any color printing, and have it set to ... and still it runs out of color ink. And this is only after printing about 50 to 100 sheets in a years period. I think its time also that dries them out. I bought the printer after opening the box and pulling out the manual and understanding that it worked with black only when a color runs out, or that it could be used for life with Black only if set to that. WRONG. I think all HPs are that way !!! This one alerts you that a color is low, and you can push OK to print in black only. IT does this ONLY for about a dozen sheets, then says to go buy a color ink and WILL NOT PRINT AT ALL until you do so.Advertising said there are 20 sheets of photo paper. I have 1 package, 10 sheets. It might be a typo on Amazon. The HP package does say 10 sheets! The Cartridge box is unsealed and cartridges just fell out the box when open. Not sure ifthis is an issue with HP packaging? I thought the cartridge should be seal in individual bags.Warranty said will expire in 2017/03 and 2017/04. HP generally have the recycle bag inside the package. There is none. I have install one cartridge in the printer. So far it is OK. It is a bit worry some where this package come from. These cartridges work very well, but I have a problem with HP sucking up the ink when I barely print in color. When one color runs out, I cannot even print in black. So I think to myself that HP are a bunch of money hungry thieves and don't want to give their customers a break. The ink ends up costing more than the printer/scanner/fax machine.I often wonder if these cartridges can be refilled and used again. Has anyone out there if done this with success?? If so, please explain to me how to do this. Thank you.Be aware that if you are printing only in black that some of your color cartridge may be used to print. In my print options I go in and choose print in grayscale only or black ink only. Your color cartridges will last longer if you take the extra time to change the options in advanced mode.I was using a generic type ink from a different manufacturer other than HP. It worked well for awhile then it started giving my HP printer trouble. I had no choice but to purchase the original ink. My HP printer is no longer acting up. ☺️?. Thank God!!! ❤️???My New Printer is an HP Hewlett Packard Inkjet Printer. I like that HP has made it so easy to change the ink cartridges. HP makes it easy for me to purchase the HP cartridges by having them in stock at the Amazon Store. I have a disability and I am no longer driving, I can shop online and have the ink cartridges delivered right to my home.Fit well worked wellGreat product quick deliverygreat
